ABSTRACT
This paper presents a process of training and joint work realised along two academic courses with a group of professionals of the EAP of Sant Martí. The content of the process was the strategy of collaborative consultation aimed at the improvement of the educational practices proposed by Lago and Onrubia (2008, 2011to, 2011b). The professionals developed collaborative consultation processes in the schools where they usually act as consultants, and the trainers/consultants gave support and accompany these processes. The process aimed both the appropriation of the strategy by the professionals, incorporating it to their ordinary practice as consultants, and the review of the strategy itself and of their founding ideas.
