ABSTRACT 
This article is a summary of two years of work carried out on two levels. On the one hand from the educational center, with the teaching staff and especially with the management team, special education teacher and cycle coordinators and on the other hand in a second level with the group of EAP (Team of Psychopedagogical Consultation), colleagues led by teachers Lago-Onrubia. 

We try to capture the different stages according to the methodology of the consultation model that is exposed in the first article of this monograph. The counseling process allowed for actions that gave an orderly structure to social intervention, The center where the experience was developed is characterized by the existence of a very high number of students with social difficulties, so it is important to be able to organize well the actions carried out around the social commission as the backbone of a growing structure where different services are networked.
